The Port of Longview is providing a Notice of Adoption of Existing Environmental Document for a Determination of Non-Significance for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District Final Integrated Feasibility Report and Environmental Assessment dated April 2025, for the Columbia River Turning Basin Improvements Project; Finding of No Significant Impact dated January 21, 2026.
